Proceed to the Library of the Highschool Campus
Parents must bring the following documents: |
Step 1: Proceed to the admissions desk/enrollment kiosk for parent portal account creation.
A. Update student records |
Step 2: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for printing of Registration Assessment Form (RAF) Window 1.
Submit any of the following: Important note: The student will only be officially enrolled upon submission of report card to the Office of the Registrar. (hardcopy) |
Step 3: Present the RAF to Cashier’s office to proceed with payment of matriculation fees. |
Step 4: Proceed to the School’s Bookstore to purchase uniform (optional) |
Step 5: Present your Official Receipt (OR) to the ICT Dept for issuance of
ID |
Step 6: Expect an email from the Counseling and Testing Officer containing the details of the family interview. |
How to reserve: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for reservation. Reservation fee is P5,000.00 (non-refundable), valid until June 15, 2022 only. If parent will not proceed with enrollment, the reservation payment may be transferred to the other school year. If the parent is ready to reserve: Proceed to the enrollment kiosk/registrars.
