BALIWAG CITY, Bulacan—The Baliwag City Private Schools Association (BaCiPriSA) Meet 2025 officially opened with a Mass at St. Augustine Parish Church, followed by a parade leading to Baliuag University (BU), where the opening ceremony was held.
Athletes and coaches from various schools were welcomed alongside Baliwag officials, including Mayor Sonia “Mommy” Estrella and City Councilor Rodrigo “Ogie” Baltazar.
The program featured inspirational messages, with Mayor Estrella reminding student-athletes that “winning is not just about medals and trophies,” while Rochel Zabaybay, representing Governor Daniel Fernando, encouraged players to uphold excellence and humility in every competition.
The ceremony also included intermission performances, the singing of the BaCiPriSA hymn, and recognition of the Palarong Pambansa winners for their hard work.
Sagrada Familia proudly joined the opening festivities, carrying with them the values of excellence, unity, and sportsmanship as they officially embarked on this year’s competition.
