As a response to the National Earthquake Drill by the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC), the Montessori De Sagrada Familia (MDSF) ran a surprise earthquake drill, June 29.
The said drill aims to make the Sagradan community ready in case of a real earthquake specifically to avoid accidents, to minimize possible casualties, and to be aware of the dangers during an earthquake.
Students in each classroom and those along the hallway during the drill were directed by their teachers into a line moving to the proper exit plans.
Headed by the school administration, together with the help of the faculty and staff, MDSF successfully executed its earthquake drill from preschool-senior high school departments.
