The Montessori de Sagrada Familia strongly believes that the faculty members of the organization are the greatest resource towards the fulfillment of its goal to uphold excellence in curriculum implementation and delivery.
The first leg of the series of in-service training for the esteemed faculty members of MDSF was about “Strengthening Relationships in the Workplace.”
Its facilitator, Ms. Cris Lorenzana talked about the different ways on how people can respond to things in a proactive way. The content of the seminar encouraged its participants to become nurturers of relationships and ambassadors of LOVE, UNDERSTANDING, and PROFESSIONALISM in the workplace.
