Dr. Carlos Carlos, a Sagradan alumnus of batch 2007 is now a full-fledged doctor of dental medicine. A graduate of Oral Surgery Course at St Jude Hospital and a holder of Certificate in Orthodontics at Prime Orthodontics and Training, Dr. Carl holds his clinic right across the MDSF high school campus and is known to the community as an active advocate/supporter of various community programs that promote proper dental health care.
Because of the proximity of his clinic to his alma mater, 75% of Dr. Carlos’s patients are Sagradan students. Whenever he would assist them in his dental chair, he would recall memories of his fun school days at MDSF. Looking back at his school life, he is very thankful to his MDSF teachers for motivating him in improving his skills and abilities through various educational programs and activities. The Sagradan dentist will never forget when he was given the chance to join Lakan and Lakambini because it helped him gain more confidence and enabled him to share his skills and talents.
Doc Carl, as his patients call him was also part of Sagradan Medical Mission held last year (2017) where he treated indigent patients with their oral and dental care needs. He was also present at the Sagradan alumni homecoming together with his batch mates where his batch received an award as the batch with the highest homecoming attendance.
Montessori De Sagrada Familia is very proud to see Sagradans like Dr. Carl soaring high in the field of dentistry. The school hopes that through his story, the Sagradan students would be inspired to work hard towards the realization of their dreams and to use their God-given talents to be of service to the people around them.
