The weather forecast indicated that it was going to rain but the sky has cleared up just in time for the Preschool Department’s first ever Sports Fest. The morning was even welcomed with a rainbow over the MDSF Social Hall and Recreational Park as preschoolers from all levels together with their loving teachers gathered together and played different fun group games and outdoor activities. Literally and figuratively, a rainbow really does come after it rains! Cheers, infectious laughter and bright set of amicable smiles from our Sagradan community has beaten the bright sun. One will surely feel the fun and excitement among the children, teachers and even the parents who were there to watch.
The Sports Fest is one of the many fun activities that may serve as a channel to promote and inculcate teamwork and camaraderie among the members of the school community, especially the youngest ones. It is a good way for children to be able to learn how to form connections with people around them and with nature, making them feel that it is fun outside even without gadgets.
It was a successful event for MDSF’s Preschool Department. Kudos, teachers!
