In celebration of Nutrition Month,the Sagradan Kindergarteners were visited by Dra. Anais Rivera-Vicmudo dressed as a “tooth fairy”. She delivered a Healthy Teeth Talk to help make the pupils aware of the foods that are good for the teeth today, July 24.
The pupils were all delighted to see Dra. Anais and they listened very well as she told them a story entitled “Monster Mouth” authored by Tess O. Villarico. The story focuses on the importance of having our teeth checked by a dentist. In addition, food that can cause oral problems were also mentioned. Afterwards, the pupils enjoyed the sorting activity prepared for them.
