There are two ways to enroll:
ONLINE & ON-SITE
For online enrollment: Old Sagradan families may transact via their parent portal at www.mdsfonline.com. For new families/transferees, kindly watch the orientation video through this link. If you would like to proceed to enrolling your child/ren to PLAY program, kindly click the link to register: http://bit.ly/PLAYRegistrationForm
For on-site enrollment (for OLD families only): Please proceed to the library of the HS Campus. IamSafe QR Code, face mask & face shield are required upon entry. The registrar & cashier’s offices are open on Mondays-Saturdays, 8:00am-5:00pm.
