Live at the GMA studio in Kamuning Quezon City, Sagradan scribes paved their way as the first batch to have crossed the boundary of Bulacan for a field study on actual jounalism practices.
Earlier Sagradan penpushers have the chance to meet and greet GMA 7 Resident Meteorologist, Nathaniel “Mang Tani” Cruz. He welcomes all the campus journalists as well as their school paper advisers.
“An experience like no other and I also could not believe that a celebrity was happy to see us!” says Larina Dela Peña, 8th grader as she expressed how astonished she felt to know that she was one of the few chosen to have joined the tour.
This event made possible through the initiative of the MDSF administration in providing authentic learning of the Sagradan campus journalists in the real-world media setting.
