The Montessori De Sagrada Familia on its 20th year of operation has been blessed with administrators, teachers, and staff who greatly give value on FAMILY, LOVE, and EXCELLENCE. From its first school year in 1997 until the present, the life of the organization is in full vibrancy because of its accomplishments, the day to day learning and all the wonderful stories and memories of the people that have been part of the MDSF.
The 20 years of consistently providing quality in its service have given the Montessori De Sagrada Familia a distinct brand of academic excellence and sense of love in the family. This overwhelming success deeply moved its major key players, the school administrators to further enrich the current MDSF brand as it heads to a greater and even brighter path.
Last May 10, 2017, the faculty members of the Montessori De Sagrada Familia underwent a workshop on the topic of BRANDING. The school directress, Mrs. Maria Cristina S. Silamor talked about the impact of the different units’ performance in service delivery to the perception of the community towards the institution.
It was a very intimate and interactive session as the participants immersed themselves in understanding the brand promise of MDSF to the community and aligning their own personal brands to the corporate brand of their beloved institution.
In keeping with the school’s commitment to its brand promise of nurturing the best in every Sagradan, the school directress, Mrs. Silamor also launched the new VISION and MISSION of the Montessori De Sagrada Familia. Together with the specific Sagradan Core Values of Love and Justice, Servant Leadership, Self-Discipline, Excellence and Sense of Family, the Montessori De Sagrada Familia envisions itself to be the leading 21st Century learning organization in the province of Bulacan.
