Three dedicated and loyal employees of Montessori De Sagrada Familia were awarded special recognitions for serving the institution for 20 years and counting.
Each of them received a plaque of recognition and incentives from the school administration during the first faculty meeting, 5th of June.
They were asked, “What is the most significant change you have seen in MDSF for the past 20 years?”
MRS. JOVELINA M. INDUCTIVO, Elementary Level II Coordinator
“In 1997, we only had one building for all the departments. Now, the Pre-school, Elementary, and High School have its own building.”
MRS. GRACE B. BERNALDEZ, Elementary Department Librarian
“…with all the experiences I’ve been through for 20 years, I can say that I grow professionally since I started to become part of MDSF.”
MRS. AURORA V. BUENAVENTURA, Registrar’s Officer
“…the unveiling of school’s new logo, vision and mission. It signifies that for over 20 years, we have already created our own identity…”
Moreover, their answers are heart-melting when they were asked, “Why did you stay at MDSF?”
MRS. INDUCTIVO
“MDSF is my second family. I have been working in this institution since I graduated from college. My love and loyalty are the reasons why I can’t leave MDSF.”
MRS. BERNALDEZ
“Aside from showing my gratitude to my Aunt (Mrs. Concepcion B. Santos) who helped me to finish my college education, I believe that MDSF is a good foundation for our kids in terms of quality education.”
MRS. BUENAVENTURA
“…I found a family and home. Being part of MDSF is a blessing not only to me, but most of all, to my children.”
This is a celebration of their hard work and dedication to the institution. Indeed, this is a simple way of appreciating their undying commitment and loyalty to their second home – The Montessori De Sagrada Familia.
MDSF is always putting up the best recognition and appreciation that every teaching and non-teaching personnel deserves which is a reflection of being a family indeed. These three beauty queens witnessed the growth and development of the school for the past 20 years.
