They fought, strove hard, and ended victoriously. Montessori De Sagrada Familia (MDSF) sealed its first championship in Bulacan Private Schools Association (BulPriSA) District Meet Badminton Event after two elementary pupils dominated the Singles Division held at Starzone Arena, Sept. 11-12.
Through their impeccable serves and rallies, the young but terrible Zeth J. Quiambao and Jan Kirstin V. Palarca hailed as the champions in the Boys Singles and Girls Singles II, respectively.
Meanwhile, other representatives of MDSF in other divisions, though unsuccessful to dominate most of their opponents, still recorded remarkable standing in the competition. Ethan Jon Gabrielle S. Imperial placed fourth in Boys Singles I, Trinity Pearl B. Tomas finished her matches in Girls Singles I with two wins and two losses and Rhinoa Gayle Z. Valderama and Sanjo May S. Carencia recorded two wins and two losses in Girls Doubles.
Quiambao and Palarca will represent MDSF in the Provincial Meet in October.
