Another Sagradans made the whole community proud as they rank fourth place in the Bulacan Private Schools’ Association (BulPriSa) District III Vocal Duet Competition, Senior High School level, at Living Angels Christian Academy (LACA), September 19.
Missy Alleah Darcen and Severine Gulapa, Grade 12 students in Montessori De Sagrada Familia (MDSF) who ranked fourth out of 15 contestants in the said event, shared their thoughts about how they prepared for the event and expressed their emotions when they won.
“Habang naghahanda kami para sa kompetisyon, binuhos lang naming yung lahat ng emosyon at ang puso namin sa pagkanta. Hard work paid off talaga. Di ko maipaliwanag yung saya nang tawagin yung contestant number namin,” Gulapa stated.
According to Darcen, she wants to extend her gratitude to Ma’am Judith Janobas, Voice Coach in Music, Arts, and Sports Academy (MASA).
“I’m thankful sa support nila and sa encouragement nila sa’min ni Seven especially kasi first time ko sumali sa vocal duet,” Darcen said.
Darcen and Gulapa expressed their gratitude to their coaches, Mrs. Bernadette Harlea and Ms. Vanessa Pascual.
