As students returned to classes for School Year 2026–2027, Montessori De Sagrada Familia (MDSF) launched strengthened campus safety measures, including the implementation of bag inspections in the Grade School Department.
The initiative builds on the successful implementation of the same policy in the High School Department and reflects the school’s continued commitment to providing a safe and secure learning environment for all Sagradans.
Bag inspections are conducted respectfully as students enter the campus. To further improve security, the school has also deployed additional personnel in strategic areas to monitor and assist students throughout the day.
“Keeping our school safe is a shared responsibility. Through the cooperation of our students, parents, and school personnel, we can continue to provide a secure and nurturing environment for every Sagradan.” Director for Campus Management and Sports Mrs. Maria Carmela S. Ong said.
MDSF encourages parents to support these efforts by checking their children’s belongings before they leave home and reminding them to follow school safety policies. Together, the school and families can create a safe and caring community where every child can learn with confidence.
