In celebration of the school’s 27th Founding Anniversary, the pre-elementary Sagradan pupils showcased their dancing talents through lively and enchanting performances. With the theme, “Happy, Healthy, and Extraordinary” each section of Junior Casa, Advanced Casa, and Kindergarten presented different dance routines with the guidance of their homeroom advisers.
The anticipation of the upcoming Christmas celebration added an extra sparkle to this momentous event, making it more enjoyable and meaningful for the Little Sagradans. Held inside The Chapters, MDSF Social Hall on December 14, 2023, everyone’s excitement radiated from the faces of parents and guardians as they witnessed the spectacular show.
To formally welcome everyone, the program hosts, Teacher Flordeliza Alcantara, along with Kairon Leonard M. Villacencio from Kindergarten-Basil in the morning session, and Alejandro María A. Armas from Advanced Casa-Olives in the afternoon session, warmly welcomed our dedicated school directress, Mrs. Maria Cristina Santos-Silamor to deliver her speech for the morning session. Moreover, it was our hardworking school principal, Mrs. Maria Carmela Santos-Ong who welcomed all the guests in the afternoon session.
“We are very blessed to have you, our dear parents and guardians, for your endless love and support for your kids. We also want to express our most sincere thanks to our dear parent representatives who spent time and energy helping their fellow parents with the kids’ preparations for the costumes,” Mrs. Silamor expressed.
The stage came alive with a vibrant array of dance presentations, where the dedication and effort put forth by teachers and pupils were evident in the well-coordinated and lively routines. The sparkling and colorful costumes added a visual spectacle to the celebration, symbolizing the vibrancy and diversity within the MDSF community.
As the program neared its finale, a delightful surprise awaited the parents. Pupils from Kindergarten, Advanced Casa, and Junior Casa came together for a collaborative performance, dancing in harmony to the upbeat tune of the “Happy” song.
The 27th founding anniversary celebration at MDSF was not just an event but a testament to the collective efforts of teachers, pupils, and parents in creating a memorable and joyous occasion. As the echoes of applause filled the Social Hall, it was evident that the spirit of excellence and sense of family would continue to thrive at MDSF for years to come.
