Francisco Moreno Domagoso, the new face of a good leader.
To begin changes in our beloved country, Mayor Isko Moreno ordered the clearing operations for illegal vendors in Metro Manila last July. Though the clearing operation may affect the lives of these people, he said that it was needed to put Manila in order. He is also looking for a shopping area for those vendors to let them shop there permanently.
If all politicians have the same manners as Isko Moreno, then the Philippines would have been a progressive country. But still, Filipinos are Filipinos. Gullible. There are still some who voted for candidates that don’t deserve positions in our government.
However, we still have Isko Moreno. He can be the next president that will lead a productive life for us Filipinos.
In an interview conducted by Pipol interview, “Gusto ko pong maging president. Kung paano po, makakarating do’n hindi ko alam,” he said without any hesitation. “But I will take it one day at a time. If I’m gonna be the mayor of the city of Manila someday — I don’t know when — I’m gonna be the president of this country.”
Another deed he had done was to sign an ordinance giving P1,000 monthly to students in “good standing” enrolled in the Manila-funded colleges to take effect in January 2020. He also signed the Ordinance No. 8570 during a ceremony at the Bulwagang Katipunan at the Manila City Hall on Monday, September 30 where senior citizens or elderly shall be granted a yearly birthday gift in the amount of P800.
Mayor Isko Moreno, a good leader indeed. Where responsibilities are his priority. He sticks to his words. He fulfilled all his promises from his campaign. He’s only there for pure business and not wasting any time.
A good leader indeed. He has all the qualities we wanted our leader to have.
Let Isko Moreno be your inspiration in life. Let yourself be an inspiration to others. Let yourself be a good example to our fellow Filipinos.
