The Montessori De Sagrada Familia has welcomed its newly appointed school principal for SY 2022-2023, Mrs. Maria Carmela Santos Ong, also known as Teacher Cai.
Last April 1, 2022, T. Cai’s principalship was announced to the teaching and non-teaching staff by Mrs. Maria Cristina S. Silamor, outgoing school principal, during the employees’ appreciation night dubbed as “Unforgettable: Reminiscing the Memories, Reuniting with People, Returning to our Roots ”.
In her acceptance speech, T. Cai expressed her excitement and hopes for the continuation of the school’s plans. She assured everyone of the support of the school management to its teachers and staff.
T. Cai has been serving as an educator for fifteen years. Likewise, she is an advocate of progressive system of education being implemented at MDSF, which she also applies to her two children as a homeschooling mother.
